Dr. Erastus Kiita Museleku is a Lecturer in the Department of Real Estate, Construction Management and Quantity Surveying at the University of Nairobi. He holds a PhD in Land Economics, an MA in Valuation and Property Management, and a BA in Land Economics (First Class Honours), all from the University of Nairobi.
Dr. Museleku is a registered and licensed valuer and estate agent in Kenya and a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). His teaching and research interests include property valuation, compensation for compulsory land acquisition, land policy, urban development, and real estate investment.
He has authored several peer-reviewed journal articles in local and international journals and has supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects. His previous professional experience includes working as a valuer and estate manager with Lloyd Masika Ltd. He is also the founder of Meridian Valuers Ltd, a consultancy firm offering valuation, property management, and research services.
Dr. Museleku is passionate about evidence-based land governance, sustainable real estate development, and empowering future professionals in the built environment.
