ROSELINE MONGINA MOSE

As an ACCA certified with over 20 years of progressive experience, my career spans senior finance roles across commercial enterprises, non-governmental organizations, and the public sector. With an MSc in Finance and Investment and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Nairobi, I have excelled in positions such as Assistant Accountant, Auditor and Accountant. My expertise encompasses financial controls, strategy implementation, auditing, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with donor guidelines and organizational goals. I have overseen financial operations and contributed to organizational growth through my ability to align financial performance with strategic objectives.

At the University of Nairobi, I held various accounting roles, including Accounts Assistant, Accountant, and Faculty Accountant in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. My responsibilities ranged from managing faculty budgets exceeding 75 million, advising on expenditure, and supervising accounting staff, to overseeing payments, budget adherence, and ensuring compliance with donor-funded project guidelines. I also managed the university's financial processes, including audits, statutory deductions, reconciliations, and training staff on the ERP system. Throughout these roles, I ensured adherence to university policies and international accounting standards.
