    I am a veterinarian with over 13 years of experience in veterinary education, animal welfare & health management, antimicrobial resistance, infectious disease research, and One Health approaches. As a lecturer at the University of Nairobi, I engage in training, research, and community outreach. I also support Zoetis ALPHA+ in Sub-Saharan Africa and I contribute to One Health initiatives, including AFROHUN and COHESA. Additionally, I mentor ISAVET trainees and assess veterinary interns for the Kenya Veterinary Board. My research focuses on animal health and welfare, antimicrobial resistance, infectious disease, and advancing One Health solutions.
