John Birir

Birir holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (FCH) and MSc in Nuclear Science. He is currently pursuing PhD in Nuclear Science. His area of specialization is in Non Destructive Testing and holds professional certifications in various NDT methods including Radiography Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Magnetic Flux Leakage. He has extensive industry experience through work and consultancy in various engineering organizations in Kenya and Africa. Birir is a former chairman of NDT society in Kenya and is also a member of NDTS, EBK, IEK and KYGN.
