Samuel Owino

Mr. Owino has worked with the University Library since December 1989. He holds a certificate in Library science from Kenya Polytechnic.
He is currently based at Kisumu Campus Library. Hitherto, he worked at Medical Library, the Cataloguing section, and Lower Kabete Libraries.
