Tutorial Fellow

Joined University of Nairobi in 2009 as a tutorial fellow at the School of Computing and Informatics. Holds a Masters degree in Bioinformatics from Center of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, UoN and an honors degree in Computer Science.

Main interests: Integrative bioinformatics, Oncology Bioinformatics, Structural Bioinformatics.

Previous research: In Silico exploration of 3D structures of Merozoite Surface Protein 3 & 6 and their allelic differences.

Current Research: Integrative  bioinformatics focusing on omics data
