Dr. Peter Gitahi Munyi

Dr. Peter Gitahi Munyi is a Lecturer of law at the University of Nairobi School of Law.
He holds a PhD in Law from Wageningen University & Research, The Netherlands. He earned his LL.M, specializing in European Intellectual property Law from Stockholm University, Sweden and his LL.B degree at Moi University, Kenya. he has also been a scholar at the University of Bergen, Norway and University of Cape Town, South Africa. He currently teaches Property Law (GPR 216); Law, Science & Technology (GPR 325); Law of the GATT and the WTO (GPR 618); and, Trademark Law (GPR 657).
