IRERI NANCY

Nancy Ireri is an accomplished university administrator with over ten years of experience in higher education administration, student affairs, academic records management, and institutional operations. She currently serves as an Assistant Registrar at the University of Nairobi, where she plays a key role in the development and implementation of academic policies, student enrollment management, graduation processes, and quality assurance initiatives.

With extensive experience in academic administration, Nancy has successfully managed student admissions, registration, examinations, academic records, and performance monitoring. She is highly skilled in policy implementation, staff supervision, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and institutional governance. Her expertise extends to coordinating academic processes, supporting university committees, and ensuring compliance with university regulations and standards.

Prior to her current role, she served as a Senior Administration Assistant at the University of Nairobi and as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Kabianga, where she contributed significantly to student services, academic records management, and administrative efficiency. She also served in the education sector as Head of Examinations and Head of Guidance and Counseling in secondary schools.

Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration (Project Management) from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Education (Arts), Second Class Upper Division, from Egerton University. She has further enhanced her professional competencies by undertaking a Senior Management course at Kenya School of Government, training in Supervisory, Education Management, Pastoral Guidance and Counseling, Office Management, and Microsoft Office applications.
