Learning Outcomes

At the end of the unit learners are expected to:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the characteristics of customer relationship management an online marketing
  • Demonstrate the effects of electronic business for individuals and society
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of internet-based commerce
  • Establish the technical, legal social and business issues involved in electronic commerce.
