Purpose of the Course
To enable the learner, understand different research approaches and use computational methods in analyzing data to solve complex problems.
Expected Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, the learner should be able to:
1. Describe the principles of computer programming in research.
2. Develop codes to solve problems in selected programming languages.
3. Select an appropriate research approach for solving a specific problem.
4. Write scientific research proposals, reports, journal papers and thesis.
