He is  a Technologist, Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Technology, Pilot Plant Section.

He holds National Diploma in Food Technology, certificate in Food Safety and Quality Control, HACCP, Mombasa Polytechnic.

Duties

Preparation of both meat and milk products  e.g. Yoghurt, Mala, Ice cream, Sausages, Meatloaf, Butter.

Arrangement of student practicals e.g. Dairy and Meat

Preparation and manufacture of meat products, eg. Bacon, Food Engineering Practicals.

Sales and Marketing of Pilot Plant Products.
