Joseph Wagura Kariuki is a Senior Technologist, in the Department of Plant Science and Crop Protection, College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences, University of Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Applied Biology from the Kenya Polytechnic (now Technical University of Kenya). His areas of expertise is Applied Agricultural Entomology. His duties include preparing entomology laboratory. He is incharge of maintenance of a wide variety of crops in the field. He also assists in Efficacy Trials and insect pests management projects in the department. He is the Chairman of the Department Staff Welfare.
