Janet Apima is a professional Customer Care Executive at Customer Experience and Information Center, University of Nairobi with over ten years’ experience in handling even the most sophisticated customer needs. She holds a higher diploma in Secretarial course in Kenya National Examination Council, she is Computer Literature and Diploma in Receptionist.
