Winnie Rugutt is a tutorial fellow at the University of Nairobi - Department of Diplomacy and International Studies (DDIS) and a Ph.D. student studying for a doctorate in International Studies. Her area of specialization includes diplomacy, foreign policy, and the international relations of African states. She has been with DDIS for eight years where she serves as the coordinator of a collaboration program between DDIS, the National Defense College (NDC), and the Defense Staff College (DSC).
