The Virtual Food Sustainability Academy is a four months virtual course funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation. The academy is being implemented in two universities in Africa (University of Nairobi and University of Nigeria ,Ntsuka) and South America (National University of Colombia (Colombia) and Compas (Bolivia). the academy is an outcome of the food systems research implemented in Kenya and Bolivia and expanded in phase two to Ghana, Zambia, Brazil, and Colombia.
