Dr. Mercy Florah is a lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, University of Nairobi. She has a comprehensive experience in academia mainly in Human Resource Management. She has served in various capacities in management among them as a Head of Department. She is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Development (IHRM). She has undertaken numerous consulting and training assignments. She has offered consultancy services and training to the following Organizations; Kisumu County, Nyanza Initiative for Girls Education, Women's Leadership Forum, Kenya Institute of Management, JIPE JOP POA (JJP), and IHRM Nyanza Western Chapter.
