MR. KIPLAGAT DAVID

David Kiplagat holds a Masters in Computer Science from University of Nairobi (2009) and a B.Sc.(Computer Science) from Egerton University (2003). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Information Systems at the University of Nairobi’s School of Business. He has over 12 Years’ experience in System Development and management. He is the technical specialist in the design and development of University of Nairobi’s Student management Information System and short message Service (SMS) for the University. He has also developed application systems for various learning institutions. He has participated in various consultancies including Information System Audit for City Council of Nairobi, Development of tender document, evaluation and supervision for KESI, Review, Evaluation and System Audit for University of Nairobi Pension Scheme Information Management System among others.
