Dr. Collins Sasakah Makunda

Dr. Collins S. Makunda is a lecturer at the University of Nairobi (UoN), Kenya, in the Department of Art and Design, which is domiciled in the Faculty of Built Environment and Design, Architecture Design and Development (ADD) Building. He has a PhD from The Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO), Oslo, Norway. In his doctoral studies, he investigated the dynamics of housing transformation in Nairobi and its consequences for the sustainability of the city and its inhabitants in the context of an expanding African Middle Class.
