Beatrice Biography

I hold a certificate in Food and Beverage from Kenya Polytechnic and did my attachment at Safari Park Hotel. Am working with the catering department and served in various kitchen outlets under central catering unit [c.c.u].Currently am stationed at tana kitchen in kabete campus.I’am one of the pioneers founders of midway grill (Varsity café) which offers outside catering services.

Having worked for 21 years, I’ve been acting as a cook since 1994 to date. I also pursued an advance course in comprehensive pastry making, cake baking and decoration.
