Undergraduate Research Project. 

• concept note is prepared by each student for proposals of the project to be undertaken
• On approval of the proposal by the supervisor, student will carry out the research project and submit for examination.
• The project is equivalent to 1 course unit

This unit introduces the chemistry of primary and secondary metabolites and then focuses on the biosynthesis of the major classes of Secondary metabolites.

Skills: 3D modeling for visualization in EDA tools and for Rapid Prototyping using a 3D Printer. Runs for 2 semesters, tutorials and  lab reports as required.
